You have SO MUCH power within you that you can actually attract anything you want – a great guy, a healthier body, more money, more confidence, more patience – ANYTHING. So how exactly do you do that? By using the law of attraction.

What is the Law of Attraction?
The law of attraction is basically a law of the universe that states that whatever you believe – whatever you THINK about – is what you will attract into your life. In other words, your thoughts create your reality. By learning how to use the law of attraction, you can improve your life tenfold. You can grow into a High Quality woman full of self love and eliminate all self doubt. You can also attract a High Quality man and have the love life that you really WANT.

It doesn’t matter whether or not you actually “believe” in the law of attraction. It works regardless. It is ALWAYS working. It is up to you whether or not you learn how to use it.
Here are the 5 specific ways that you can use the law of attraction to manifest what you want in life.
Choose your thoughts Wisely
The first part to using the law of attraction is consciously choosing what you think about. This takes some practice but mastering your thoughts is one of the best things you can do for yourself. Our thoughts tend to naturally pull us down like gravity. Because our thoughts are naturally prone to negativity, we have to consciously make the choice to lift ourselves out of that and to feel GOOD. Learn to actively redirect your focus on positive thinking. This is what will attract MORE positive things into your life.
That being said, negative emotions – like fear, anger, and stress exist for a reason. These are the body’s adaptive defense mechanisms that have evolved to PROTECT US from potential harm. Think of the fight or flight response –you feel flushed, your heart rate increases and your palms get sweaty – it happens instinctively when you are faced with potential “danger”; it is not something that you have to think about, it just happens. This is why it is important to actively put yourself in a positive mental state – I know it is not easy, but it works. And the more you do it, the better at it you become.
Our thoughts and our patterns are exactly that – just patterns. Do you know someone who is ALWAYS worried, always anxious, always thinking about the future? It may even be you? People worry all the time because they have simply developed a pattern of worrying over time. It is possible to change these patterns into positive ones the same way, with enough practice.
Awareness is Key
The first thing you should do is become AWARE of your thoughts and feelings, maybe even label them in your mind – frustration, loneliness, excitement, anxiety, jealousy, and so on. Once you have self-awareness, you can intentionally shift your negative thoughts to something positive. Negative thoughts and feelings come up for EVERYONE, but if you practice flipping the switch to something positive, the better you will get at it. Eventually, the negative moments will pass much quicker.
Focus on what makes you feel good more often – like the sun shining on your face as you walk down the street, or the feeling of fullness from that awesome meal you just ate – in other words, focus on the things that you normally take for granted. When you find yourself thinking something bad, redirect your thoughts towards something positive. The more often you do this, the easier it will become.
Why is this important in the law of attraction? Because where focus goes, energy flows. Whatever you focus on – expands. This means that if you focus on negative things, you will attract more negative energy into your life. If you focus on positive things, you will attract more good things. You create MORE of what you think about. That is how the law of attraction works – and it is ALWAYS at work.
The truth is that you need to take responsibility for your thoughts and emotions, rather than diffusing the blame to someone else (which is what most of us do). Why do some people sulk for hours after someone offended them, while others put it behind them and move forward quickly? It is because they CHOSE to. It always comes down to choice.
It is always easier to make excuses and blame others rather than see how much control we actually have over ourselves and our emotions. The more you can acknowledge and accept that you are the only one responsible for your emotions, the faster you can create the life that you want.
Just remember that in any given situation there is both a positive side and a negative side, and it’s up to you which of those sides you choose to see. The happier and more joyful you are, the MORE joy and abundance you will attract into your life.
Choose your Words Wisely
Whenever you speak (or even think to yourself), the words that you use send signals to your brain that attract more of those very things. If you talk positively, you will get more positivity. If you complain, blame yourself, blame others, use negative words, then you will attract more negativity into your life. Here is an example; if you keep saying to yourself “I feel confident, I feel confident, I feel confident” – your self esteem may not skyrocket immediately, but eventually you will start to feel more confident! Your mind will start to believe you.
Whatever you say to yourself is what you will subconsciously believe and it will eventually become true for YOU, even though it may not be the reality. This is why you have to choose your words wisely.
Here is another example. Let’s say that every single day for a year, you wake up in the morning, look in the mirror and promise to yourself “I will get out of debt…I will get out of debt…” this is actually not the right approach because your mind subconsciously registers the most powerful words you use (in this case the word DEBT) and attracts MORE of that. What you should say to yourself instead is “I will make more money…I will make more money”, then MONEY is what your mind will register and then attract.
If you say to yourself “I am excited to find the love of my life” – you are using positive words like EXCITED, FIND, and LOVE, which is great. That is a much better alternative to saying something like “I will not be single for much longer…” because in this second phrase, you are using words like NOT and SINGLE which have negative connotations.
Negative words send cues to your brain that attract more of those negative things. The bottom line is – pay attention to the words that you say and use positive language as often as possible.
This is a big one. If you want to use the law of attraction to get what you want, you need to visualize the result of what you want. You need to FEEL IT, see yourself ALREADY HAVING IT. This tricks your brain into believing it and making it a real possibility.
Let’s say you want to find the love of your life. See yourself meeting an amazing guy and imagine where you will have your first date. Visualize how much fun you have, how well he treats you, how effortlessly confident you feel, and all of the interesting topics that you will talk about.
Imagine how amazing it feels to be with him and picture as many details as possible so that you can actually LIVE it. Your brain cannot tell the difference between what you visualize and what is actually real so when you imagine to the extent that you can feel it, your brain actually thinks that it’s really happening.
Visualizing gets you on the right energetic wavelength so that you can attract what you want into your life. It allows your mind to accept the possibility of this goal actually happening, so that when it does happen – you will be ready for it!
It is not enough to wish for something to come true, you must take ACTION if you want to get what you want in life.
Many people simply WANT a lot of things (a great partner, a healthy body, a new job, more money,) but ‘wanting’ is where it ends. They do NOTHING about it. Either that, or they procrastinate forever. They put things off by saying “I will start looking for a new job tomorrow, next week, next month…”and so on – and before they know it, a year goes by and they are IN THE EXACT SAME PLACE as they were.
This is why you need to take action NOW. It doesn’t have to be massive change – it may be taking small steps – (like creating a dating profile so that you can start searching for the love of your life) – as long as you do SOMETHING. All big change begins with a single small step. Remember, tomorrow never comes, there is only NOW. The hardest part is always getting started, but once you take the first steps towards change – the rest is much easier.
Your beliefs are everything.
Whatever you believe you deserve in life is what you will get. It is unfortunate that deep down, on a subconscious level, many people do not believe that they deserve certain things. If you BELIEVE you deserve to be happy, healthy, and loved, then that is what you will attract into your life.
One of my favorite quotes is by Henry Ford and it states – “if you think you are right –you’re right. If you think you are wrong – you are also right.” Whatever you believe is what will become your truth.
Tony Robbins, the motivational guru, always says that you need to make your goals in life a MUST, rather than a SHOULD. These are two different intentions that will lead to different results. If you say to yourself – ‘well, I SHOULD create a dating profile and start meeting more men…’ you are basically saying that you may or may not take action towards this (depending on your mood tomorrow, right? :)) This is very different from saying – ‘I MUST find the love of my life’.
If you make something a MUST in your mind, you will find a way to make it happen because you will leave yourself no other choice. If you are passionate enough and want something badly enough, you will make it a MUST for yourself.
When I was single and dating, I KNEW that I was going to find the right guy. It was not an option for me, it was a MUST. I made it already TRUE for myself. This is why I went on over 100 dates. The process was not always easy. BUT I didn’t give up because I KNEW what I wanted and finding love was a MUST for me. You could say I was determined 😉 this is what led me to find the man of my dreams.
Believe in yourself and remember that you deserve WHATEVER you want in life. Believe, and then GO AFTER IT. Here is the main takeaway: Whatever you focus on – you will get more of, and whatever it is that you believe is what you will attract into your life. You have to take responsibility– which means for your thoughts, your actions, and your RESULTS.
Remember, wherever you are right now in your life is a direct or indirect result of what YOU created.
